The Congo is related to the Chocolate Habanero, it shares the attribues in being  large, bulbous, rich brown chilli that gives off fruity tones, it is similar in heat to a scotch bonnet.


We grow these chillis from seed, harvest them and dry them in a dehydrator before mixing them with coarse sea salt and decant into a glass salt mill.
